Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Ceramic Sanitary Wares Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 409/2017 of 24 May 2017 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against ceramic water closet bowls, tanks, pedestals, washbasins and bidets, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 6910.10.00 and 6910.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 56/2018 announcing its final negative determination of the AD investigation without any AD measures imposed.
