Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Pliers Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 241/2018 of 12 March 2018 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against hand-held pliers made of common metals, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8203.20.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 15/2018 to announce its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation without imposition of any provisional AD measures.
