Brazil : Suspension of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Refractory Bricks Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 63/2014 of 17 January 2014 regarding the final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain magnesium refractory bricks and similar products originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 41/2018 announcing its suspension of AD measures imposed on the subject Chinese products classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 6902.10.18, 6902.10.19 and 6815.99.19 for a year.
