Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Cold-Rolled Steel from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 23 August 2018, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain cold-rolled steel from, among others, the Mainland of China. The estimated margin of dumping was found to be 91.9%, whereas the estimated amount of subsidy was 11.6%.
