Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Sucker Rods from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 16 August 2018, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain sucker rods from the Mainland of China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 138.2% - 305.1%, whereas the estimated amounts of subsidy were in the range of 9.5% - 144.3%.
