Commercial Information Circular No. 696/2018

Colombia : Extension of Provisional Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Galvanised Steel Wires and Cables Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 389/2018 of 24 April 2018 regarding the imposition of provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty on galvanized steel stranded wire, pre-stressed concrete steel stranded wire and steel cables, classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 7312.10.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 143/2018 to announce its extension of the relevant provisional AD duty for a period of three months with an AD duty of 15% continued to be imposed on the subject merchandise.
