Colombia : Extension of Provisional Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Iron and Steel Profiles Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1191/2017 of 22 December 2017 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against L and U sections of alloyed or non-alloyed, hot-rolled or extruded iron and steel profiles, classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 7216.10.00.00, 7216.21.00.00 and 7228.70.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 119/2018 to announce its extension of the relevant provisional AD duty for a period of three months. An AD duty continues to be imposed on the subject merchandise, its FOB price is below the minimum FOB price of US$473.28 per ton.
