Commercial Information Circular No. 564/2018

Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Tubes Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 930/2016 of 15 December 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against welded or seamless steel tubes used in oil or gas pipelines, other than those made of stainless steel, with an external diameter not exceeding 406.4mm and a thickness not exceeding 12.7mm, and made in accordance with API 5L/ISO 3183 or any similar standards, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7304.19.00 and 7306.19.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 214/2018 announcing its final affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with an AD duty of 26% imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of five years.
