Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Sucker Rods from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 18 May 2018 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain sucker rods originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The concerned goods are usually classified under the Harmonized System classification number 8413.91.00.10. 2.CBSA's investigations schedule is available at https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/i-e/sr2018/sr2018-se-eng.html. The Statement of Reasons on the case would be released by 1 June 2018 at CBSA's website.
