Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Dishwashers Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 927/2016 of 14 December 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against household dishwashers, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8422.11.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 173/2018 announcing its final affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with an AD duty of 54% imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of five years.
