Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Cutlery Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 938/2016 of 16 December 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against stainless steel fixed blade table knives, forks and spoons with a plastic or wooden handle, including those presented in sets, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8211.10.00, 8211.91.00, 8215.20.00 and 8215.99.10 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 176/2018 announcing its final affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with an AD duty of 48% imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of five years.
