Argentina : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Emergency Lighting Devices Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 786/2017 of 11 September 2017 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against emergency lighting devices classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9405.10.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 237/2018 announcing its termination of the subject AD investigation without imposition of AD measure.
