Brazil : Changes to Mandatory Test Procedures and Certification Requirements for LED Lamps

The National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality (INMETRO) of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil issued Directive No. 167/2018 to approve changes to mandatory test procedures and certification requirements for LED lamps. Manufacturers /producers/ exporters should ensure its products comply with the relevant requirements within eight months starting from 29 March 2018.
