Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Ceramic Flags and Paving Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 77/2018 to announce the affirmative final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain ceramic flags and paving, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 6907.21.00 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese merchandises are subject to an AD duty of 27.7% for a period of five years, while imports from Foshan Junjing Industrial Co. Ltd. are subject to the price undertaking.
