Commercial Information Circular No. 390/2018

Colombia : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Galvanised Steel Sheet Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 421/2014 of 9 May 2014 regarding the final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain flat-rolled galvanised steel sheet classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 7210.49.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 226/2017 to announce the renewal of its AD duty order. The Chinese imports are subject to an AD duty of 47.62% for a period of three years. The Colombian Resolution (in Spanish) is available at:
