Colombia : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Sodium Citrate Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 407/2015 of 18 May 2015 regarding the final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain citric acid and sodium citrate classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 2918.15.30.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 56/2018 to announce the renewal of its AD duty order. The Chinese products are subject to a minimum free on board (FOB) price of US$1.8 per kilogrammes for a period of five years with effect from 21 March 2018.
