US : Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products - Revised Compliance Dates

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 829/2017 dated 27 September 2017 regarding the extension of compliance date for formaldehyde emission standards for composite wood products, the Environmental Protection Agency published in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 4 April 2018 to advance the compliance date for, among others, emission standards, recordkeeping and labelling, from 12 December 2018 to 1 June 2018, in order to comply with a court order.  For details, please refer to the FR notice, which is available at https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2018-04-04/pdf/2018-06884.pdf.
