Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Micro Welding Wire Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 706/2017 of 15 August 2017 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against micro welding wire classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule codes 7229.20.01, 7229.90.99 and 8311.90.01 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 9 March 2018 to announce its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with a provisional duty of US$0.54 per kilogram imposed on the subject merchandise.
