Mexico : Final Determination of Antidumping Investigation against Certain Steel Tubes Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a resolution on 8 March 2018 announcing its final determination that certain steel tubes classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule codes 7306.19.99, 7306.30.01, 7306.30.99 and 7306.61.01 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to anti-dumping (AD) duties of US$0.356 – US$0.618 per kilogramme for a period of five years.
