Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-circumvention Investigation against Certain Spectacles and Frames Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Disposition No. 67/2017, No. 72/2017 and No. 73/2017 to determine that imports of certain frames and mountings of spectacles classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 9003.11.00 and 9003.19.10 from Roring Industries (Xiamen) Ltd., Everife International Limited, Sunmax Optical Co. Ltd. and Cheng Yi Optical Co. Ltd. are not circumventing the anti-dumping duty order on the subject Chinese merchandise. Relevant Argentine Dispositions (in Spanish) are available at:
