Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 18 August 2017 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET resin) originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, amongst certain other countries. The concerned goods are usually classified under the Harmonized System classification numbers 3907.61.00.00, 3907.69.00.10 and 3907.69.00.90.
