Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Tubes Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 945/2016 of 19 December 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain steel tubes classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule codes 7306.19.99, 7306.30.01, 7306.30.99 and 7306.61.01 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 11 August 2017 announcing its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with provisional AD duties imposed on the subject merchandise ranging from 65.05% - 202.55%.
