Peru : Rescission of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Steel Tube Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 413/2015 of 18 May 2015 regarding the affirmative final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation on certain hot-rolled welded steel tube classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 7306.30.99.00, 7306.61.00.00 and 7306.90.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian government issued Resolution No. 302/2017 announcing its determination to rescind the AD duty order imposed on the aforementioned Chinese products.
