Commercial Information Circular No. 590/2017

Peru : Renewal of Anti-dumping Order on Certain Steel Cutlery Originating in the Mainland of China

The Peruvian government issued Resolution No. 136/2017 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on stainless steel cutlery with a maximum thickness of 1.25mm classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 8215.10.0000, 8215.20.0000, 8215.91.0000 and 8215.99.0000 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty of US$1.64 per kilogram if its FOB price is below the minimum FOB price of US$18.40 per kilogram, for a period of five years.
