Brazil : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Agricultural Tyres Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 396/2017 of 19 May 2017 regarding the affirmative final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against new rubber tyres of diagonal construction used for agricultural or forestry vehicles, implements, harvesters and machinery classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 4011.61.00, 4011.62.00, 4011.63.90, 4011.69.90, 4011.92.10, 4011.92.90, 4011.93.00 and 4011.99.10 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 31/2017 announcing its determination to maintain the definitive AD duty order imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of five years.
