Commercial Information Circular No. 357/2017
Chile : Conformity Certification Requirements for Various Products
The Chilean government issued Exempt Resolutions No. 15826/2016, No. 16215/2016, No. 15901/2016, and No. 16328/2016 to approve conformity certification requirements for (a) lighters; (b) derivation/distribution boxes; (c) energy metres; and (d) decoders respectively. Importers, retailers and domestic manufacturers of the concerned products must have their conformity certificates issued in accordance with the required protocols no later than the following effective dates:
