Brazil : Amendments on Terms of Price Agreement for Certain Citric Acid and Citrate Salts Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 987/2016 of 29 December 2016 regarding the amendments on terms of price agreement of certain citric acid and citrate salts classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 2918.14.00 and 2918.15.00, originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 7/2017 announcing that imports of subject merchandise from certain companies are subject to a minimum insurance and freight (CIF) price of US$1,397.58 per tonne with effective from 5 March 2017.
