Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Metallic Plastic Balloons Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 552/2017 of 28 June 2017 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against metallic plastic balloons classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule codes 9503.00.23 and 9505.90.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 5 December 2017 to announce its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with a provisional duty of US$37.8 per kilogram imposed on the subject merchandise.
