Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Concrete Reinforcing Bar from the Mainland of China: Re-investigation

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 767/2017 dated 4 September 2017, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 4 December 2017 announcing the initiation of a re-investigation, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act, to update the normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy respecting certain concrete reinforcing bar classified under HS codes 7213.10.00.00, 7214.20.00.00, 7215.90.00.90 and 7227.90.00.90 originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The re-investigation is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's threat of injury finding issued on 9 January 2015.
