Commercial Information Circular No. 1111/2017

Canada : Antidumping Action against Certain Concrete Reinforcing Bar from Hong Kong: Re-investigation 

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 348/2017 dated 8 May 2017, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 4 December 2017 announcing the initiation of a re-investigation, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act, to update the normal values and export prices respecting certain concrete reinforcing bar classified under HS codes 7213.10.00.00, 7214.20.00.00, 7215.90.00.90 and 7227.90.00.90 originating in or exported from Hong Kong.  The re-investigation is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's injury finding issued on 3 May 2017. 

2.Exporters wishing to participate in this re-investigation are required to provide a complete and accurate response to the CBSA's Dumping Request for Information (RFI) by 11 January 2018.
