Brazil : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Steel Line Pipe Originating in the Mainland of China
The Brazilian government issued Resolution No. 360/2017 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order imposed on certain seamless carbon steel line pipe of a kind used for oil or gas pipelines, having an outside diameter not exceeding five inches, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7304.19.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian government issued Resolution No. 66/2017 announcing its determination to extended the AD duty of US$743.00 per tonne imposed on the subject merchandise for an additional five years.
