Peru : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Slide Fasteners and Parts Thereof Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 163/2017 of 24 February 2017 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against slide fasteners and parts thereof, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 9607.11.0000, 9607.19.0000 and 9607.20.0000 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian government issued Resolution No. 187/2017 announcing its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with a provisional AD duty of US$0.16 to US$4.00 per kilogram imposed on the subject merchandise.  The relevant Peruvian Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: http://busquedas.elperuano.pe/normaslegales/enmiendan-de-oficio-error-material-incurrido-en-la-resolucio-resolucion-no-187-2017cdb-indecopi-1561471-1/.
