Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Kitchen Appliances Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 929/2016 of 15 December 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against manual multi-function food processors with interchangeable accessories; and hand mixers with or without accessories and blenders, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8509.40.10, 8509.40.20 and 8509.40.50 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 521/2017 announcing its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with a provisional AD duty of 105.1% imposed on the subject merchandise.
