Brazil : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Citric Acid and Citrate Salts Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 547/2017 of 28 June 2017 regarding the anti-dumping (AD) duty order imposed on certain citric acid and citrate salts classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 2918.14.00 and 2918.15.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 82/2017 on 17 October 2017 announcing its determination to maintain an AD duty of US$835.32 to US$861.50 per ton imposed on the subject merchandise for 5 years.
