Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 16 November 2017, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET resin) originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, among other economies. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 3.3% - 17.4%, whereas the estimated amount of subsidy is 22.8%.
