Canada : Antidumping Action against Certain Concrete Reinforcing Bar from Hong Kong: Preliminary Determination

Pursuant to Commercial Information Circular No. 685/2016 dated 24 August 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from, inter alia, Hong Kong, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 3 January 2017 announcing an affirmative preliminary determination of AD investigation. The concerned goods are usually classified under the Harmonized System classification numbers 7213.10.00.00, 7214.20.00.00, 7215.90.00.90 and 7227.90.00.90. The provisional duty rate is 109.2% (except for one company with individual rate of 53.3%).
