Commercial Information Circular No. 985/2016

Brazil : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Types of Polyurethane Laminate Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 658/2016 of 11 August 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain types of polyurethane laminate with textile material on one side classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3921.13.90, 3921.90.19, 3921.90.90, 5603.14.10, 5603.14.20, 5603.14.30, 5603.14.40, 5603.14.90, 5603.94.10, 5603.94.20, 5603.94.30, 5603.94.90 and 5903.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 67/2016 on 18 November 2016 announcing its termination of the subject investigation without imposition of any AD measures.
