Mexico : Final Determination of Antidumping Investigation against Ammonium Sulphate Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a resolution on 9 October 2015 announcing its final determination that ammonium sulphate, classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 3102.21.01 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$0.0929 per kilogramme for a Mainland company. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$0.1703 per kilogramme.
