Brazil : Extension of Provisional Anti-dumping Duty on Automotive Safety Glass Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 692/2016 of 31 August 2016 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against tempered and laminated automotive safety glass classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7007.11.00, 7007.19.00, 7007.21.00, 7007.29.00 and 8708.29.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 116/2016 on 28 November 2016 announcing its extension of provisional AD duty imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of three months.
