Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Steel Spring Washers  Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 313/2016 of 6 April 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against steel spring washers classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7318.21.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 774/2016 on 6 December 2016 announcing its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with a provisional AD duty imposed on the subject merchandise if its FOB price is below US$5.02 per kilogram for a period of four months.  The Argentine Resolution (in Spanish) is available at:  http://servicios.infoleg.gob.ar/infolegInternet/anexos/265000-269999/268762/norma.htm.
