Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Air-conditioning Equipment Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 776/2016 on 6 December 2016 announcing its renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain air-conditioning equipment classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8415.10.11, 8415.10.19, 8415.90.10 and 8415.90.20 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty if its minimum FOB price is ranging from US$110.49 to US$332.42 per unit for five years. The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
