Colombia : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty on Hoes, Pickaxes and Bars Originating in the Mainland of China
The Colombian government issued Resolution No. 172/2015 on 14 October 2015 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty on hoes, pickaxes and bars classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 8201.30.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty if its FOB price is below the minimum FOB price of US$2.04 per kilogram, with effective from 14 October 2015 for three years.
