Chile : Imposition of Provisional Anti-dumping Duty on Steel Wire Rods Originating in the Mainland of China
The Chilean government issued Exempt Decree No. 370/2016 on 20 October 2016 to impose a provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty of 40.6% on the imports of steel wire rods with circular cross section less than 16 millimetres in diameter of Trefilar Quality, Drawing Quality and Normal Quality classified under Chilean Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSCL) codes 7213.20.00, 7213.91.10, 7213.91.20, 7213.91.90, 7213.99.00, 7227.10.00, 7227.20.00 and 7227.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China for four months. Wire rod and hot-rolled alloy steel wire rod in coils with indentations, ribs, grooves or other deformations of Cold Heading Quality (CHQ) classified under subheading 7227.90 are excluded from the AD measure.
