Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Denim Fabric Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 434/2016 on 6 September 2016 announcing its renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on cotton woven denim fabric classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 5208.43.00, 5209.42.10, 5209.42.90, 5210.49.10, 5211.42.10 and 5211.42.90 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty if its FOB price is below US$3.93 per lineal metre for five years.
