Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty on Certain Pipe Fittings Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 1181/2015 on 23 October 2015 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty on certain carbon steel butt-welding pipe fittings, specifically elbows and tees, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7307.19.20 and 7307.93.00 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty if its FOB price is below the minimum FOB price of US$4.67 per kilogram, with effective from 23 October 2015 for five years.
