Argentina : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Tubes Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 429/2016 on 6 December 2016 announcing the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against welded or seamless steel tubes used in oil or gas pipelines, other than those made of stainless steel, with an external diameter not exceeding 406.4mm and a thickness not exceeding 12.7mm, and made in accordance with API 5L/ISO 3183 or any similar standards, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7304.19.00 and 7306.19.00 originating in the Mainland of China.
