Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Winches Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 615/2016 on 1 November 2016 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty on lift winches powered by an electric motor, with a pulley and braking mechanism and a power capacity between 2.25 and 37.5 kilowatts classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8425.31.10 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty of 149% for five years.
