Brazil : Review of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Nylon Filament Yarn Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 64/2014 of 17 January 2014 regarding the final determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain nylon filament yarn classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 5402.31.11, 5402.31.19 and 5402.45.20 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 93 on 29 September 2016 announcing that the subject AD duty order will remain in force after review. The aforementioned products will continue to be subject to AD duties ranging from US$334.78 to US$2,409.11 per tonne.
2.For details of the Brazilian measure and the products involved, traders are advised to consult their importers in Brazil and/or the relevant Brazilian Resolution (in Portuguese) which is available at http://www.camex.gov.br/legislacao/interna/id/1601.
