Brazil : Review of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain PVC Resins Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 97 on 10 October 2016 announcing that the anti-dumping (AD) duty order against certain polyvinyl chloride resins classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur¹) Common Classification (NCM) code 3904.10.10 originating in the Mainland of China will remain in force after review. Imports of the aforementioned products will continue to be subject to an AD duty of 21.6%. 

2.        For details of the Brazilian measure and the products involved, traders are advised to consult their importers in Brazil and/or the relevant Brazilian Resolution (in Portuguese) which is available at http://www.camex.gov.br/legislacao/interna/id/1604.
