Argentina : Electronic Single Window for Foreign Trade Operations

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 387/2014 of 28 April 2014 regarding its establishment of guidelines for implementing an electronic single window for foreign trade operations ("Ventanilla Unica de Comercio Exterior Argentino" in Spanish / VUCEA), the Argentine government issued Decree 1079/2016 on 6 October 2016 to establish the regulatory framework and create a committee for the implementation of VUCEA.  Foreign trade operators can obtain all required permits, certifications, licences and other authorisations, and process administrative procedures via VUCEA. Nevertheless, the schedule for implementation of the various modules within the system has not yet been announced.
